Documenting Stefan Lundgren / Magazine 365 by Naturkompaniet

On a cold December morning, I arrived at a cozy tiny house to meet with Stefan Lundgren. The task at hand was to document and photograph him for "Matkrönikan." As I stepped out of the car, delicate snowflakes started to fall, creating a serene ambiance around us. The frozen landscape provided a perfect scenery for our goal of the day: cooking a delicious vegan meal outside on an open fire.
Stefan greeted me warmly, his enthusiasm for cooking evident in the twinkle of his eye. As we ventured outside, the snow began to coat the ground, adding a magical touch to the surroundings and set the scene for our culinary adventure.
Despite the chilly weather, Stefan's passion for creating wholesome vegan dishes was palpable. As the meal slowly cooked over the open flame, I captured candid moments of Stefan's focused on his task. The soft snowfall delicately adorned his hair, creating a picturesque backdrop for the photographs.

We worked together to make photos that showed cooking with nature. The snowy scenery, fire, and cooking pots mixed to tell a story of cooking art. After we finished cooking, we sat by the fire and enjoyed the food in the calm winter scene. Stefan's skill and love for organic cooking were clear in every bite, leaving a tasty memory.

Packing up, I knew the photos we took told a story not just about food but also about creativity, strength, and nature's beauty.
